In this role you will add value to PXP by:

The Solutions Ecosystem & Innovation Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with key product partners. This role involves collaborating with partners to enhance product offerings, drive innovation, and ensure mutual business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and partnership development, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions and integrating features and alternative payment methods (APMs).

A typical week as an Solutions Ecosystem & Innovation Manager might involve:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with product partners to drive collaboration and innovation    
  • Identify and evaluate potential product partners to enhance the company's product portfolio with new features and APMs.    
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership strategies with business objectives.    
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company goals.    
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to the executive team.    
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new products and features, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.    
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen partnerships.    

We are looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in product management and partnership development, preferably within the technology or payments industry.    
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.    
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.    
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels of the organisation.    

We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.    
  • Additional language skills.
