In this role you will add value to PXP by:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Payments industry. This role requires a strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic, international environment.

A typical week as an Senior Project Manager might involve:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and time zones.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to program-level planning and governance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
• Solid background in the Payments industry, with an understanding of its regulatory and operational landscape.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, international setting.
• Fluent in English (professional business level required).
• Flexible and adaptable to working across time zones. Demonstrated ability to manage high-impact, complex projects.
• Experience in program delivery and mentoring junior PMs.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and clients.

We would love someone to have any of the following:

• Technical background (e.g., degree in IT, former developer, or experience as a Technical Product Owner).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered project management tools.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experienced with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Wrike, or similar.
• Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or regulatory processes, especially in fintech or payments.
