In this role, you will add value to PXP by:
In this role, you will define and shape our roadmap as we collaborate with existing crypto solutions and platforms. Collaborating with developers and industry experts, you’ll identify integration opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with market trends. Your strategic vision will lay the foundation for our offerings while maintaining a focus on security, compliance, and delivering value to our partners and users.
A typical week as a Product Manager might involve:
- Roadmap Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals and market demands. Define clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for crypto products.
- Collaboration with Development & Testing Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and testers, to deliver crypto products from ideation through to execution. Ensure technical requirements are well-defined, and products are rigorously tested.
- Blockchain & Crypto Expertise: Apply your knowledge of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts to the development of secure and innovative products. Demonstrate deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem to ensure products meet market needs.
- API Integration & Development: Oversee API integration to ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms. Collaborate with technical teams to define and integrate crypto-related APIs.
- Market Trends & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the crypto space, including emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitor activities. Identify potential partners and leverage market insights to drive product decisions.
- Security & Compliance: Lead the development of crypto products with a strong focus on security, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory concerns.
- Feature Prioritization: Manage feature prioritization and make data-driven decisions about which features to build, based on user feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility. Ensure that the product development process aligns with the overall business goals.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define and track the success of crypto products by setting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to guide future iterations and improvements.
- Product Implementation & Impact: Manage the entire lifecycle of crypto products, from concept to launch. Demonstrate the number of successful product implementations, backed by metrics that highlight the impact and success of each product.
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space, with a strong background in managing crypto-related products.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations in a crypto environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the crypto space, including market shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Strong experience in prioritizing features and defining clear roadmaps for crypto products.
- Security & Compliance expertise in the development of crypto products, with a focus on industry standards.
- Proven track record of implementing successful crypto products, with clear metrics and KPIs for measuring product success.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of the crypto industry.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment surrounding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
- Experience working with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) products.
- Familiarity with crypto wallets, DApps (Decentralized Applications), and other emerging blockchain technologies.
- Experience in a fast-growth crypto startup or large-scale crypto platform.
