In this role you will add value to PXP by:

The Executive Personal Assistant provides comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. They are responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, managing schedules, and facilitating smooth communication between the executive team and stakeholders.

A typical week might involve:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and oversee the completion of special projects as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support for the management team as needed.
  • Handle incoming mail and other material and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives as required.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned to support the executive team and ensure efficient office operations.

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar executive administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

  • Comfortable handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing executive schedules and travel arrangements.

 What we can offer you: 

Annual gross salary from EUR 40,000.- (on a full-time basis). Overpayment is obviously possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
