In this role you will add value to PXP by:

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess business needs, design tailored CRM solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes. From system configuration and data migration to training and ongoing support, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM capabilities and driving operational efficiency.

A typical week as a CRM Product Manager might involve:

  • Internal Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand internal clients' business processes, challenges, and CRM requirements.
  • CRM Solution Design: Design and configure CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot) to meet internal client needs, including customizing workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Implementation & Deployment: Lead or support the implementation and deployment of CRM solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration from legacy systems to the CRM platform and integrate the CRM with other business applications.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for internal users on how to effectively use the CRM system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Project Management: Manage CRM implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Best Practices & Recommendations: Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices and provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their CRM usage.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configurations.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, designing CRM solutions, and managing implementations.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring CRM systems.
  • Experience with data migration and integration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or payment processing to effectively support CRM-related requirements.
