Working Model: Hybrid Working

Employment status: Full-time, Maternity Coverage (limited contract, at least 12 months). 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Office Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role you will add value to PXP by:

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all of the regulations and laws pertaining to its business. They will oversee the preparation of mandatory filings and ensure that the company's operations are in line with legal governance and policy requirements.

This is a maternity coverage role for at least 12 months.

 A typical week might involve:

  • Prepare and file the mandatory UBO filing.
  • Keep the Companies House records up to date for all entities, including filings such as annual statistics and reports.
  • Organize and manage board meetings quarterly for all assigned entities.
  • Review board meeting minutes on an annual basis for auditors for all entities in the Group (UK, Bulgaria, India, Austria), ensuring diligence.
  • Draft necessary shareholder/directors resolutions for the approval of different matters such as M&As, licensing, policy renewals, etc.
  • Manage UBO documentation and KYC processes, including maintaining an extensive list of documents and templates with different criteria depending on requirements

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, Companies House filings, and board meeting protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Experience with UBO filings and KYC processes.
  • Knowledge of the legal requirements in Austria and the UK.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
