Office Location: Sofia, Bulgaria or Vienna, Austria.
Reporting to: Head of Provider Management, based in Austria.

In this role you will add value to PXP by:

Aiding configuration on all PXP customer processing systems and to supporting the progress and completion of projects which are undertaken and handled by the wider implementation team.

This role is ideal for someone wishing to grow in a technical yet administrative and fast paced working environment, within the financial services sector.

A typical week as a Provider Relations Manager might involve:
  • Co-ordinating the integration of new payment methods into the PXP Financial product portfolio;
  • Advising Sales on payment methods for potential leads, including presentations to tailor the offer to specific merchant needs;
  • Managing the onboarding of new merchants with Payment Providers;
  • Adapting to changes from Payment Providers regarding industry/ country restrictions, rebranding, etc and inform internal teams of changes;
  • Ensuring smooth completion of due diligence and KYC processes, involving relevant teams across the company
  • Collecting and share KYC user data following Partners’ requests;
  • Managing Payment Provider backend platforms and user profiles;
  • Maintaining excellent business relationships with new and existing Payment Providers;
  • Negotiating and managing complex commercial and contractual terms, liaising with legal advisers and internal stakeholders;
  • Representing the organization at selected payment events;
  • Researching the market and analyze new trends in the payment industry.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds relevant experience in payments or financial services industry;
  • Is highly organised;
  • Has excellent communication skills;
  • Has the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision;
  • Is proactive and solution-oriented in approach;
  • Has excellent English language skills.

We would love someone to have any of the following:
  • A university degree in Business Administration or similar;
  • Additional language skills.
