In this role you will add value to PXP by:

As an Account Development Manager specializing in e-commerce and payments, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to drive revenue and profit increases. 

By leveraging your deep understanding of payments, e-commerce, and your extensive experience within the payments industry, you will focus on upselling, cross-selling, and successfully onboarding new business, directly contributing to our business success. 

With a portfolio of German speaking Accounts, German written and speaking language skills will be required to fulfil duties.

A typical week as an Account Development Manager might involve:

  • Managing international accounts.        
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts.        
  • Continuously working on ways to create up- and cross-selling opportunities, in order to strengthen the business relationship.        
  • Creating Account Plans and review them on a regular basis with the clients to ensure alignment.        
  • Monitoring defined commercial KPIs to reach our targets.        
  • Focusing on providing agreed services and Service Level Agreements.        
  •  Frequently attending international trade shows and visit accounts.        
  • Understanding the accounts’ business challenges and objectives in order to develop growth strategies.    
  • Working closely and collaboratively with different stakeholders in the organisation.        
  • Managing critical situations, providing solutions and action plans.        
  • Making business case calculations, prepare proposals and provide information to management for decision making.        

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience and expertise within the payments industry, with a deep understanding of payment solutions, e-commerce, and financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Extensive network within the payments industry, with the ability to leverage relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

We would love someone to have any of the following:      

  • Additional language skills.        
  • Has experience in Gaming and or High Risk industries.        

What we can offer you:

Annual gross salary from EUR 40,000.- (on a full-time basis). Overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
