Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Office Location: Gibraltar.


In this role you will add value to PXP by:

Being responsible for building strong relationships with existing accounts and making sure that agreed service quality leads to revenue and profit increase. With a portfolio including a large Gaming account, prior Gaming industry experience will be required to fulfil duties.

Upselling and Cross selling to existing merchants and or successfully onboarding Brand New business means this role will contribute directly towards our business success.


A typical week as an Account Development Manager might involve:

  • Managing international accounts.    
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts.    
  • Continuously working on ways to create up- and cross-selling opportunities, in order to strengthen the business relationship.    
  • Creating Account Plans and review them on a regular basis with the clients to ensure alignment.    
  • Monitoring defined commercial KPIs to reach our targets.    
  • Focusing on providing agreed services and Service Level Agreements.    
  • Frequently attending international trade shows and visit accounts.    
  • Understanding the accounts’ business challenges and objectives in order to develop growth strategies.    
  • Working closely and collaboratively with different stakeholders in the organisation.    
  • Managing critical situations, providing solutions and action plans.    
  • Making business case calculations, prepare proposals and provide information to management for decision making.    


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience as a Key Account, Sales or Partner Manager or similar roles, within the Gaming sector.    
  • Possesses excellent relationship management and communication skills.    
  • Holds experience in contract and commercial negotiations.    
  • Has a high level of resilience and excellent conflict management skills.    
  • Is fluent in English.    
  • Is a problem solver with a hands-on mentality.    
  • Has a strong business acumen.    
  • Is results oriented, self-driven, motivated and proactive attitude.    


We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Experience within the payments, financial services industry or e-commerce.    
  • Additional language skills.
