In this role you will add value to PXP by:

You will be a key player in growing PXP’s enterprise client base and maximizing revenue opportunities from existing accounts. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and driving innovative solutions to enhance customer value and satisfaction.

A typical week as an Account Development Director - Enterprise might involve:

  • Develop and execute account development strategies to maximize revenue from enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client business goals and challenges to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer support) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis with enterprise accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Represent PXP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.  

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in account management or business development, in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is highly analytical, with the ability to interpret client data and market trends.
  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to enterprise clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.   

We would love someone to have any of the following:

  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, or fintech solutions.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Additional language skills.
